Anil incepted Great SportsTech in 2004, which is now the leader in sports infrastructure in South Asia.
He brings over 30 years of international experience to Great SportsTech Ltd (GSL). Under his leadership, GSL has executed some of the most prestigious and innovative sports infra projects over the last 21 years, across 10 countries in South Asia and the Middle East.
GSL was awarded as ‘India’s Top 100 SME’s (out of over 49,000 nominations); “Best Professional Services in Sports” award by FICCI in 2018 and 2024; the “Skoch Achievers Award” and various other Awards.
Anil’s achievements were recognized with the "Emerging Entrepreneur" award by CII. He was featured in the "Young Turks" program in CNBC-TV18, and other business programs on ET Now, NDTV Profit etc., and in many business publications.
He is a regular speaker in various forums like FICCI, TiE, CII and at various seminars on Sports.
He is a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs); CEO Clubs (India); a Member of the National Sports Committees of CII; and a Founder-Director of Sports Engineering Association of India.
He was a national-level sportsman in Athletics and Handball. He also achieved State and National honors in NCC.
Anil is a first-generation entrepreneur with Engineering and MBA degrees, and later an Executive Development Program from Kellogg School of Management.
He worked at Wipro Technologies and Ramco Systems – in India and the USA – before incepting Great SportsTech.
Col. John graduated from the National Defence Academy, Pune, and further went on to accomplish degrees in Logistics Management from XLRI and Financial Management from National Academy of Audit and Accounts, Simla. He has headed India operations for an MNC for 5 years before coming on board at GSL in 2012. His leadership experience spans over 30 years in various roles. Col. John has been a national level basketball player and has also been awarded the Prestigious Academy Blues at the NDA.
Major Sandeep holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from JNU, New Delhi. He also holds a degree in PG Diploma in Business Administration, HR & Industrial Relations from Symbiosis. His managerial experience spans over 22 years in operations, HR/administration, and general management at The Indian Army and varied other organizations such as Trikona Technologies, Goldstone Technologies, etc. His expertise in personnel management, training & development, and employee relations continues to add great value to Great SportsTech since 2014.
Naveen is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience in the infrastructure and manufacturing industries. He has extensive expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, taxation, audit compliance, and working capital management.
He has successfully contributed to the financial growth and operational efficiency of various organizations by streamlining processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing valuable strategic support. His experience in large-scale infrastructure projects includes project financing, cost control, and contract management.
Mr. Sudipto Bhar heads Business Development for GSL pan-India and South Asia. He is a Mechanical Engineer and has a rich experience of over 24 years working various organizations in the verticals of Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Key Accounts Management from automobile to entertainment industries. His prior experience in working with Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd., Bimetal Bearings Ltd. and Premierworld Technology Ltd. brings in a great value for GSL since 2018. He is a dynamic person with extensive knowledge of working in private and government sectors, client management, team handling and technical understanding of the various products.
Sujatha Reddy Suravaram has a B.E., in Mechanical Engineering, a PG Diploma in MIS & CA, PG Diploma in Project Management from George Washington Univ., and is a certified Project Management Professional by PMI. Sujatha’s career spans across Telco, Citicorp, Motorola, Microsoft, Wipro, Wells Fargo, Novartis etc. Sujatha brings her global and MNC experience in Project Management, Change Management, Strategy, Team Building etc., to Great SportsTech Limited. Over the years she helped formulating various strategic decisions and in advising the top management at GSL.
Suresh Raju is the founder of Golden Hills. He has extensive experience in Investment Management, Capital Markets, Financial Structuring, Valuation, Corporate Finance, and Due Diligence.
Prior to Golden Hills Capital, Suresh has more than 4 years of private equity investing experience with TVS Capital Funds, 7 years of investment banking with Deutsche Bank's US (NYC and Boston) business, and over 4 years of technology operations with ABAQUS Inc. near Boston. Suresh is member of Indian Angel Network, Charter Member of TiE.
Suresh has an MBA from University of Chicago's Booth Business School, M.S. from Ohio State University and B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, India.
Jayarao TM holds a B.Com degree from Osmania University and is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. He provides end-to-end solutions for all operation-related tasks, from initiation to completion.
He is passionate about improving processes, executing strategic plans, leading teams, and fostering strong relationships with clients across India.
