Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion.
2. Execute daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the engineering team at site and prepare interims and completion project reports.
3. Supervise monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion. lead Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other departments.
4. Manage Cash Flow Requirements for the Projects. Controlled expenditures within limitations of project budget.
5. Manage material and manpower requirements. Perform preparation of invoices, variance and claims and client follow up.
6. Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors.
7. Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used Conform to project specifications and quality standards.
8. Adhering to standards and specifications. Assure the company procedures and company policies are being complied with Company Business Conduct and Ethics Policies at all times.
9. Training and development of subordinate employees to improve project performance and enhance individual career development.
10. Prepare submittals for materials, Shop Drawings, Time Schedule and Manpower organization. Technical problems.
11. Ensure a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site of project goals and objectives.
12. Conducted site meetings Monitored progress throughout the project cycle requirements.

Skills:

• Civil Engineering with Minimum 8 to 10 years experience, with exposure in managing multiple projects, fast track Civil Engineering projects related for reputed clients. Requirements for the Projects.

Total Experience required: 8 - 10 Years

Job Title/Designation:  Civil Engineer

Job Description:

1. Development of overall project plan and construction schedule.
2. Responsible for coordination with architects and consultants, planning, execution and closing of the project within the defined timeline. Execution of works within the parameters of time, cost, quality and productivity.
3. Monitoring workload analysis: Task usage, resource usage, Improve utilization/Reduce downtime.
4. Ongoing monitoring of project progress, adherence to contract specifications, quality standards.
5. Identification of opportunities for application of good engineering practices/ innovative practices to enhance quality of delivery Build and maintain relationships with external entities- contractors, government agencies, vendors, consultants.
6. Proper systems implementation sub-contract system, information technology, quality, safety and environment.
7. Managing the client interface in terms of deliverables, grievances, issues.
8. Project management reporting to identify potential claims and other project issues.
9. Ensuring smooth Project closure activities- surplus material/resources reconciliation, Sign-offs, contractor retention money etc.
10. The person needs to have the excellent leadership, management, planning and motivation skills.
11. Should posses strong planning and Ability to communicate with workers and managing them with efficiency coordination skills.
12. Contractor and Vendor management skills should be good.
13. He should have excellent troubleshooting abilities in the tough situation.

Skills:

• Execution of Civil Construction Work.
• In depth civil engineering knowledge with technical specification experience.
• Should be able to deal with the contract and project management issues.
• Monitoring the site activities time to time.
• Team player and motivated to achieve the deadlines.
• Self starter with high drive and commitment.
• To assist the project manager in the civil works at site.
• Supervise civil and structural works as per consultant drawings.
• Regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site.
• Preparation of Estimation and Costing.
• MIS reporting - daily, weekly & monthly reports etc.
• Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Good Knowledge on Auto Cad is mandatory.

Total Experience required: 2 - 5 Years

Salary: 45,000 to 60,000
