Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Generating revenue from Government, Private and other large accounts.
  2. Managing pre&post tendering activities.
  3. Managing new product range in the territory.
  4. Establish good relationships with Consultants, Architects, Government Officials, Educational Institutions and other key influences.
  5. Planning and execution of sales strategies in the assigned region.
  6. Coordinating with the Operations team in managing collections from various accounts.
  7. Gathering market intelligence of the competitors, products, pricing etc.
  8. Regular updating of Product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of Institutional/Govt Sales experience.
  • Presenting to Architects, CEO level and Administrative Heads (preferably Collectors, Secretaries in Govt, Ministers) and other such senior decision / policymakers.

Candidate has to be in HYD.

Candidate who knows the local language. His territory will be South India.

Job Title/Designation:  Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Objectives of Civil Site Engineer role.

  1. Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  2. Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager and key stakeholders.
  3. Analysing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process.
  4. Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency.
  5. Monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and adhering to budget constraints.
  6. Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.

Tasks at Site:

  • Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Analyze and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, blueprints, topographical & geologic data and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer or an equivalent role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
  • Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Job Title/Designation:  Manager - Civil

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion.
  2. Execute daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the engineering team at site and prepare interims and completion project reports.
